Quy Nhon’s Transportations


Quy Nhon city has National Highways No 1A and 19. National Highway 1A 118km in length goes through the city.  The Highway 19 connects Binh Dinh province with the Central Highlands, Southern Laos and Northeastern Cambodia.

The city’s roads are covered with cement or asphalt concrete.


The Thong Nhat Express Train runs from the North to the South through the province. It stops at Dieu Tri station, which is one of 10 Vietnam’s stations.

There is one train per day directly from Qui Nhon that stops at Dieu Tri station at 18:45.


Quy Nhon International port is one of the biggest Vietnam’s seaports. The port has well- sheltered anchorages, deep water, large berths can receive 30,000 tons vessels.

Depth: 8.50m (average tide: 1.56m). The port’s average capacity is about 4 million tons per year.

There are direct routes between Quy Nhon port and major Asia’s ports.


It is about 30km far from Phu Cat Airport to Quy Nhon City. Daily flights between Phu Cat, Ho Chi Minh City and Ha Noi capital are available.

Phu Cat Airport is 30km to the North of Quy Nhon. There are flights between Ho Chi Minh City and Quy Nhon everyday and flights between Danang and Quy Nhon twice a week.
